How long is your season?

Typically our season runs from May - October. Weather permitting.

Our sightseeing tours slow down outside the summer months so please contact us for availability and times.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Ship happens! We will work with you as much as possible. Since we are a small business we only run tours if we have a minimum of 10 passengers. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance for our Sightseeing and Sunset cruises we will offer a full refund. If it is a last-minute cancellation please give us a call and we will work with you. For our Private Charters, the cancellation policy will be included with your invoice.

Why do you charge a service fee on tickets?

We like to keep everything up front and instead of building it into our price and charging you more in tax, we kept it separate for you to see and save a little bit of money. Like other tour companies, the platform for booking tickets is extensive and that is what the fee is for.

Do you still tour in the rain?

We will still operate in the rain. We have a newly renovated, fully enclosed downstairs lounge and our upper deck area is 80% covered with the option to lower wind and rain-proof windows. Some of our best boat tours started out in the rain and ended up being the most beautiful tours.
