RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

 

No refunds will be given to no shows.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Collingwood Charters reserves the right to cancel any cruise where the minimum number of passengers is not reached. Sightseeing & Sunset Cruises require a minimum of 10 passengers. If Collingwood Charters cancels the cruise due to numbers or weather conditions, the option to reschedule or a full refund will be provided.
If the customer has to cancel for some reason, the option to reschedule or a full refund will be provided if the customer gives 24hrs notice prior to cruise time. If less than 24hrs we will provide the option to reschedule or the purchase amount in the form of a gift certificate.

All cruises are subject to weather conditions at the time of sailing.

Collingwood Charters reserves the right without liability to cancel, delay, shorten or change cruise schedules and routes when in its judgement, circumstances warrant.

In the event of bad weather please phone for details and revisions to published sailing times.

The cruise will normally operate in rain. In strong winds the route may be adjusted or restricted to cruising within the harbour.

Alcohol and Tobacco Policy

There is no smoking or vaping on board the vessel. All alcohol consumed must be purchased from Collingwood Charters Licensed bar.
